Welcome everyone to MJ-Web in Google’s Blogspot!
Having spent some years in the multifarious sphere that is the World Wide Web, it struck me that I had lost sight of my different sites and that I no longer knew whether I was in Bebo, Facebook or MySpace – or in all three of them! You know when you get the typical email which goes “whatever-your-friend’s-name-is is inviting you to whatever-social-network-is-on-fashion-today!”? Well, do not sign in just to make fun of your mate’s pictures, ‘cause you’ll end up with a bunch of pages which you don’t really care about (plus, your inbox will look like a collage of adverts).
Luckily, I’ve been using a fill-me-with-crap account to register and check out the many online services until I gathered the experience I needed as to come up with a set of solid, worthy pages. And so I did… The result? There’s no single site which caters for everything I wish effectively enough!
Thus, as spreading over the net is unavoidable, I thought it’d be useful to have a web which acts as a gate; a place to fill with links and keep trace of everything else.

Habiendo pasado algunos años en la multifacética World Wide Web, me di cuenta de que había perdido de vista mis diferetes sitios y de que ya no sabía si estaba en Bebo, Facebook o MySpace - o en los tres! Viste cuando recibís el típico mail que dice "cualquiera-sea-el-nombre-de-tu-amigo te está invitando a la-red-social-de-moda-el-día-de-hoy!"? Bueno, no te registres simplemente para reírte de las fotos de tus amigos, porque vas a terminar con montón de páginas que realmente no te importan (además de que tu cuenta de mail va a parecer un collage de propagandas).
Afortunadamente, he estado usando la cuenta llenáme-de-basura@goahead.com para registrarme y probar los distintos servicios en línea hasta que reuní la experiencia necesaria como para agrupar un set de páginas sólidas y que valgan la pena. Eso es lo que hice... El resultado? No hay una sola web que provea todo lo que deseo efectivamente!
Entonces, como el esparcimiento en la red es inevitable, pensé que sería útil tener un sitio que actúe como portal; un lugar para llenar con links y seguir el rastro de todo lo demás.
